该装备为布局所谓的隧道式构成，需要分为提前预热区、低温天气灭菌区、蒸发区五部分，运用热自然空气层流消毒液关键技术对储槽对其进行瞬时低温天气灭菌。适于于安瓿瓶、四环素瓶、服食液瓶的烘烤阶段灭菌，也要用做各种入药破璃瓶的烘烤阶段灭菌。该装备运用优秀的PLC电脑菜单栏操纵系统性，实现电脑菜单栏操纵，除监督该装备工做现况、以确保产生的工艺想要外。还能与清理装备、灌封装备全面推行工做现况联控，显现告警缘故、部位甚至简易的查出具体方法等。还有还需要自己记录时间温湿度及直线图。This machine is integral tunnel structure, divided into preheating zone, high temperature sterilizing zone, cooling zone, adopts hot air laminar flow sterilizing principle to short-term high temperature sterilization containers.
